Gibasis geniculata (Bridal Veil Jew)
Light: Filtered Sun or Bright Shade
Water: Moderate, Well Drained
Soil: Any Neutral
Native to tropical America, it grows as a groundcover in the wild, with tiny white flowers like Baby’s Breath appearing on and off throughout the entire year. Along the Gulf Coast, it makes a root-hardy groundcover, surviving all but the coldest winters, but is more common as a hanging plant. It is quite happy to be kept indoors provided there is enough bright light. Runners should be trimmed to maintain fullness.
