Swiss Chard

Swiss Chard, like Kale, Mustard and Collard Greens are tall leafy greens. They are in the same family as Beets and Spinach. Both the leaves and the stalk of Swiss Chard are edible. They provides an excellent Vegetablesource of vitamins K, A and C. The leaves can be used raw in salad or in wraps. They can also be cooked like spinach. As the weather cools the leaves are even tastier. We have the Magenta and Bright Lights varieties.
