Butterfly Bush

The Buddleia davidii, or Butterfly Bush, is a woody perennial. They are profuse bloomers. They have 6-8" fragrant flower heads which are attractive to butterflies. It blooms from June until the fall. It is heat and drought tolerant once established. Buddleia likes full sun with well drained soil. The plant is pest and deer resistant. In addition to butterflies, it also attracts birds and hummingbirds. It can grow to 6 feet tall and 4 feet wide. There are many varieties and colors (purple, blue, white, red, lavender). Right now we have purple & white in stock.
