Amazon Neon Purple and Rose Magic Dianthus are wonderful perennials that work well in our area -- they tolerate heat well. Their blooms have amazing bright colors. The Amazon Rose Dianthus starts white, then changes to pink, then changes again to a deep rose color. The Amazon Dianthus will bloom continuously from early spring to fall when they are deadheaded or used as cut flowers. When used as cut flowers the flowers are long-lasting. Amazon Dianthus will get anywhere from 18" to 36" with very strong stalks. When planting, remember the Amazon Dianthus love full sun and good drainage.
